Date:20 NOV 2020
Third slide
HM Courts and Tribunals Service has announced that it is holding an online event to discuss its recovery plan for the civil, family courts and tribunals, which was published on 9 November 2020 amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The recovery plan is based on five key areas, namely: maximising the capacity of the judiciary, re-opening the courtroom capacity, ensuring remote hearings continue to be effectively supported, increasing staff capacity to support delivery and continuing to reduce the time it takes to process cases. The event will be hosted by the CFT Project Recovery Lead, Ben Burke-Davies.
