On 5 June 2020, the President of the Family Division made two amendments to his Guidance on Allocation and Gatekeeping for Care, Supervision and other Proceedings under Part IV of the Children Act 1989 (Public Law) 2014. In relation to the temporary change that was made via the addendum, this remains in place, and will continue to do so until a date to be specified by the President of the Family Division in due course.
