Sir Andrew McFarlane, President of the Family Division, today sent out a release expressing his gratitude to all those who have contributed to the Transparency Review call for evidence, which closed on Monday 11th May.
99 contributions from individuals and agencies drawn from across the world of family justice have been received and will now be considered.
Although somewhat delayed by COVID 19 crisis, the relase confirmed that the President and the panel were able to meet yesterday and are very grateful to all those who have taken part in the exercise.
Work will now commence on reviewing each submission before holding sessions in June and July.
The President expects to be in a position to present a Final Report including recommendations and any draft guidance in the summer, according to the press release.
