Woolley & Co solicitors are interested in talking to senior family solicitors or FILEX with at least 5 years experience who wish to join their firm which specialises in divorce and family work.

Their successful divorce and family team work exclusively on privately funded cases and act for regional, national and international divorce clients.

Eligible candidates must be experienced in business development and be able to generate their own caseload through existing contacts and from referrals from clients.

The candidate must also have excellent technical ability and experience of handling a broad range of family and matrimonial law. Possessing strong client development and networking skills, eligible candidates will be confident, self-motivated lawyers with excellent IT skills. They should enjoy being part of an integrated team but will thrive in an autonomous, highly flexible working environment.

A fully integrated practice management system with full work-flows allows Woolley & Co lawyers to work from a home office base. This unique way of working combined with remuneration which rewards lawyers directly for the work they do allows lawyers the opportunity of significant earnings potential.

Lawyers are supported with training, coaching and hands on advice. The effectiveness of this approach was recognised nationally during 2007 when the firm achieved Investor in People recognition and had their systems and procedures accredited by LEXCEL.
