Sir Mark PotterFountain Court chambers are delighted to announce that Sir Mark Potter, who retired as President of the Family Division at the end of last month, following a judicial career as a judge of the Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal, will rejoin chambers on 1 May 2010. He will be accepting appointments as an arbitrator.

Head of Chambers, Timothy Dutton QC said "I am delighted to welcome Sir Mark Potter back to Fountain Court.  Sir Mark had an outstanding practice at the Commercial Bar and, before taking up the Office of President, he had a distinguished career as a judge of the Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal.  He is a person, eminent in the law, whose qualities will be welcome in the world of commercial and international arbitration where Fountain Court has a strong presence."
