The President of the Family Division, the Rt. Hon Sir Mark Potter, hosted his annual conference on 21 and 22 May 2007. The dominant theme was the main changes being undertaken to underpin his Framework for a Family Court including the Draft Allocations Guidance issued at the end of 2006 and the Public Law Outline which will replace the Protocol for Judicial Case Management in Public Law Children Act Cases from April 2008.
