Following the introduction of the Child Arrangements Programme on 22 April 2014, the President of the Family Division has released the private law prescribed orders.

Of the orders, he says:

"Sadly, we have already had difficulties with their use. We have commissioned HMCTS and a judicial working party to produce a new drop down template but that will take a while. In the meantime, CAP02Lite should be used as a basic template for private law orders to which the language of CAP 1 to 4 can be added. CAP02Lite has been agreed as a simplified template which can be cut and pasted into Familyman and which will allow draft orders to be handed to parties at the end of hearings. As and when we have other work-around or helpful suggestions we will circulate them."

CAP02Lite, along with CAP 1 to 4 can all be downloaded below.
