The Department for Schools, Children and Families is conducting a consultation jointly with the Home Office on Safeguarding Children who may have been Trafficked. The draft practice guidance aims to provide practitioners across all relevant agencies and the voluntary and community sector with the most up to date best practice in identifying and safeguarding children who may have been trafficked. It is supplementary to the Government's statutory guidance Working Together to Safeguard Children. The consultation closes on 16 August 2007 For further information see http://www.dfes.gov.uk/consultations/"
