Jo O'Sullivan

Jo O’Sullivan is a well-known collaborative solicitor working in a team as a normal practice, having set up Sussex Family Solutions 10 years ago.

She runs her own DR practice where she focusses on ‘anything but court; working as an accredited mediator also in the hybrid model. She utilises all of the Private Justice methods to sort things out including: Hybrid Mediation, Arbitration, Early Neutral Evaluation, Private FDR’s and one lawyer one couple (solicitor neutral). Jo sits on The Law Society Family Law Committee and the successful Mediation Voucher Sub-Committee of the Family Mediation Council. She also sits on
Resolution’s Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
