Beth Kivelä

Beth prides herself on her ability to form strong client relationships, helping clients to focus on and achieve their objectives. Beth endeavours to reach a resolution for her clients in a cost-effective and, wherever possible, non-confrontational manner. Beth is sensitive to the stress and anxiety that can be brought on by a relationship breakdown, and she aims to provide her clients with clear and pragmatic advice from the outset.

Beth assists across a range of private family law matters including divorce, financial claims that arise on divorce, children matters and pre-nuptial agreements. Beth also gained experience in corporate and property transactions during her training contract.

Beth graduated from the University of Leeds in 2012 with first class honours in Law. Beth was awarded a distinction in the Legal Practice Course at the University of Hertfordshire and received an award from the Hertfordshire Law Society for achieving the highest mark in the county. Prior to starting her training contract, Beth worked at Rayden Solicitors as a Legal Support Assistant. Beth joined Rayden Solicitors as a specialist family law solicitor in March 2018 following completion of her training contract.
