Aina Khan joined Duncan Lewis in October 2012. She launched and heads the Islamic & Asian division, leading a talented team of experienced solicitors providing innovative solutions under English law. Aina qualified as a solicitor in 1991 and is on the Law Society’s specialist Children Panel & Family Panel.
Aina has developed her niche specialism in Islamic Family law over 20 years, providing pioneering solutions which work under English as well as Sharia law. She is an experienced advocate, who personally handles many of her cases at court.
