Financial remedies – Maintenance pending suit – Escrow agreement

The Family Court dismissed the wife's application; in order to pursue her application for maintenance the wife had to demonstrate that she was likely to succeed in setting aside the consent order; applying that test to the present facts, she had failed to do so.
