Financial remedy proceedings – Reporting restrictions order – Application for RRO preventing disclosure of private and commercially sensitive material – Application for anonymity order to prevent identification of parties to the proceedings, their children and the husband's business interests.

The court held, among other things, that an interim blanket RRO should be made to endure until the husband’s application was considered substantively during final submissions.
