What do clients with disabilities want from a family law firm or chambers?

Are you missing out on 20% of clients because your business is not accessible? There is much to do to attract the disabled client; people with disabilities make up around 20% of the population (8% of children are disabled, 19% of working age adults are disabled, 46% of pension age adults are disabled). This is a massive market which is mostly being ignored. In this article Jo O’Sullivan explores some of the problems and gives ideas about solutions. The time is now to make family law accessible for all our clients and in so doing our staff.
