Updated Statement on efficient conduct of financial remedy proceedings issued

Date:3 JUL 2015

Revised Statement: Efficient conduct of HCJ allocated Financial Remedy Hearings wherever sitting

Issued on 1 July, this supersedes and extends the original Statement issued in June 2014. Paragraphs 3 to 5 establish principles of allocation whereby transfers for hearing by a High Court judge will be governed. The Certificate referred to in paragraph 3 of the Revised Statement differs in some slight respects from that appended to the original version. There are no doubt other distinctions to be drawn between the old and the new, and Practitioners will wish to give close attention to the detail of the new requirements. The Revised Statement and the Certificate are available here.
