The UK Visas and Immigration service has issued updated instructions on dealing with family matters.

The new guidance is for use by decision makers considering whether to grant leave to remain in the UK as a partner or parent on a either a 5-year route or a 10-year route.

There is also reissued information on the English language requirement for those seeking leave to remain, as well as updated guidance on the financial requirement.
