The Future of Accreditation

Jacqui Jackson, Director of Standards. The Resolution Specialist Accreditation Scheme was started in 1999 and now has over 1,100 accredited members across the country. The scheme is open to Resolution members who have been qualified as solicitors or FILEX for at least 5 years and who spend at least 550 hours per annum on family law casework. Resolution is constantly looking at ways of improving the quality of family law services and the article looks at possible new accreditation levels.
