The Family Procedure (Adoption) (Amendment) Rules 2009

MON 23/03/2009 - These Rules amend the Family Procedure (Adoption) Rules 2005 by amending paragraph (3) of rule 95 (Power of the court to proceed in the absence of a party) to provide that it is only paragraph (2) of the rule which does not apply to magistrates' courts.

These Rules come into force on 6 April 2009.
