The employment of children [2004] CFLQ 135

Date:22 SEP 2011

The authors consider the framework for the employment of children in the UK in relation to national, European, regional and international legal norms and argue that it falls short of the required and accepted standards. They propose, on the basis of the evidence, that standards would be raised by a radical extension of wage protection to cover child workers.
