Stafford Annual Seminar

On 3 February 2007 the eleventh family law annual seminar will be held at Staffordshire University Law School in Stoke-on-Trent. This traditional seminar, attended by academics and practitioners interested in all aspects of family law, this year has the theme 'Yours, Mine and Ours?'. Speakers include Lizzie Cooke and Anne Barlow on their community of property research report, Catherine Williams on children's naming disputes, Brigitte Clarke and Claudina Richards on comparisons with French law and marriage and Elizabeth Walsh on mediation.
