The lead FDAC judge from a busy Midlands Court reflects on his experiences as a solicitor representing a parent in care proceedings pre-FDAC. He goes on to discuss his experiences having become a Judge dealing with FDAC cases. He describes the difference that FDAC has made to the opportunities available to parents, the increased chances for them to make changes, and ideally to keep their children, and the hope that this gives to parents and professionals working in these cases.
