Rules website

Date:23 JAN 2006

The Stationery Office, on behalf of the Department for Constitutional Affairs, has produced a new website on which the complete text of the Family Procedure (Adoption) Rules, Practice Directions, Forms and Notes to Accompany are published. The printed version of this official publication is the authoritative version, and is provided to courts across England and Wales for use by judges and court staff. A CD-ROM version of the Rules is supplied with the publication, to provide portability and a very useful search facility. This publication differs from those for the Civil Procedure Rules and Criminal Procedure Rules, in that it is presented in a single bound volume and is not sold under subscription. See further www.dca.gov.uk/family/procrules/index.htm. See also March [2006) Fam Law 173 for the full news article.
