Revised legal aid forms

Date:1 JUN 2009

A new Legal Services Commission (LSC) claim form comes into use from today.

The CLSPOA1 legal aid claim form replaces the CLSClaim 4 and CLSClaim 4A forms and is designed to streamline the claiming process.

The form was successfully piloted with a number of providers earlier this year and allows for up to 15 claims to be sent in on the same form covering multiple cases.

The LSC say the old forms may be used until October 2009 if necessary.

To download the forms and guidance, visit the LSC website.
