Resolution publish consultation on cohabitation bill

Resolution has put together a consultation on a forthcoming cohabitation bill, to be introduced by Lord Lester of Herne Hill QC during the 08/09 Session. The bill aims to give legal protection to cohabiting couples and family members.

The consultation paper sets out the main issues Resolution wish to address in the Bill and their proposals for dealing with them.

The consultation closes on 13 October 2008.
