Date:18 OCT 2005

Andrew Baines, Solicitor and Mediator, Wrigley Claydon Solicitors, Todmorden. The author states that those involved with family breakdown have realised that the sometimes narrow and isolated approach of the legal profession, courts and associated professionals have been increasingly unable to provide a solution to the difficult and, often, intransigent problems presented by relationship and family breakdown.
