Date:15 OCT 2007

In November the Law Society will publish Related Family and Criminal Proceedings - A Good Practice Guide. The guide has been drafted for the Family-Criminal Interface Committee and is intended to assist specialist family and criminal practitioners with cross-jurisdictional issues that commonly arise. A seminar on 5 November in London will launch the guidance and is aimed at family, criminal and local authority practitioners.
