The Crown Court had no power to restrain publication of the name of a man convicted of making or possessing indecent images of children, or the nature of his convictions, in order to protect the man's children from significant harm, when his children were neither witnesses against him nor victims of his offences; such an order was not incidental to the man's trial, conviction and sentence.
