R (Kehoe) v Secretary of State for Work and Pensions: no redress when the Child Support Agency fails to deliver [2005] CFLQ 113

This commentary examines a recent Court of Appeal decision which holds that parents with care have no 'civil rights' within Article 6 of the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms 1950 and so cannot enforce a Child Support Agency (the Agency) maintenance assessment.
