Adoption – Return of children – Adopters sought to adopt younger child – Whether notice of intention to end placement had been given by adopters or local authority – S 35(1), Adoption and Children Act 2002
The Court of Appeal held that notice had not been given to end the placement for adoption and therefore, proceedings could continue in relation to the younger child.
