Private law cases received by Cafcass in July 2016 remain steady

In July 2016, Cafcass received a total of 3,468 new private law
cases. This has remained at a similar level as that seen in July 2015 (3,462).Between
April 2015 and March 2016 Cafcass received a total of 37,482 new private law cases. This figure shows an increase of 10% from the 34,119 cases received in the previous financial year.
