President at Family Law Conference: FPR Delay

The President of the Family Division, Sir Mark Potter, gave the opening address at the annual Family Law Conference in London on 11 October. In a bulletin board of current developments including big money cases, collaborative law, expert witnesses, transparency and the new care proceedings Public Law Outline, Sir Mark announced that the new Family Procedure Rules were not likely to come into force until late 2010.
