Endorsed by the Family Justice Council and the President of the Family Division, the PAG report acts as formal guidance to be applied when any issue regarding a pension falls to be determined in financial remedy proceedings. Judges, practitioners and others who take an interest in pensions on divorce and/or personal finance are invited to give their views on the PAG report here by 30 September 2022. The PAG hope to complete the review by the end of October 2023.
