New London Designated Judge

The Lord Chancellor has appointed His Honour Judge John Altman as the Designated Family Judge for London (Senior Circuit Judge). The Lord Chief Justice, Lord Phillips of Worth Matravers, assigned him to the South Eastern Circuit, based at the Royal Courts of Justice with effect from Monday 11 June 2007. Judge John Altman was the Designated Family Judge for Milton Keynes from 2002 and also for Oxford from 2005.
