The treatment of pensions on divorce continues to cause debate amongst practitioners. The introduction of the Galbraith Tables are welcome but in Part Two of this series we consider the ongoing conundrum that is faced by practitioners where an immediate pension share will destroy an income stream without any corresponding benefit for either party.
