Miller: Practitioners Expectations Disappointed

It was hoped that the Court of Appeal decision in Miller v Miller [2005] EWCA Civ 984, [2005] Fam Law 537, where a wife was awarded £5 million after a marriage of less than 3 years duration, would provide some debate and guidance upon the issue of ancillary relief and short marriages.
