Community care – Fees – Relevant considerations – Decision process
The Defendant’s failure to consider relevant factors in deciding to re-determine the rate of fee for care home residents led to the decision being remitted.

(i) The Claimants were seven companies operating care and nursing homes in Pembrokeshire. The Claimants challenged the Defendant’s decision which re-determined the rate of a weekly fee payable in respect of each resident of the care homes as £464.
