LSC Unified Contract

The LSC published its unified contract remuneration specifications for family and family mediation work on 13 August. The specifications will apply to all solicitors and not for profit providers and brings into force from 1 October 2007 the fee schemes consulted on earlier this year. The contract notice amending the unified contract from 1 October has been sent to all providers.
