Analysing the influence of changing social attitudes and legislative developments as well as evolving ideas of parental and gender roles. From relationship recognition and marriage equality and its impact on employment rights and access to health services, Christina explores the development of the LGBT community's increasing visibility before the family courts.

Christina explores the legal challenges faced by trans people in both their fight for parental recognition as well as gender identity. Looking to the future, Christina examines the changing views of Gen-Z and their possible influence on the family courts resulting in a significantly changed landscape.
