The Enduring Powers Of Attorney (Prescribed Form) (Amendment) Amendment Regulations 2007 (SI 2007/548) allow continued use of the old form enduring powers of attorney until 1 October 2007, when enduring powers of attorney are replaced with lasting powers of attorney under the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
