Legislation coming into force 2 April 2007

The Family Proceedings (Allocation to Judiciary) (Amendment) Directions 2007 amend the Allocation to Judiciary Directions 1999.

The Legal Aid in Family Proceedings (Remuneration) (Amendment) Regulations 2007 (SI 2007/742) introduce new rates of remuneration for representation in prescribed family proceedings.

The Children (Allocation of Proceedings) (Amendment) Order 2007 (SI 2007/774) amends Schedules 2 and 3 to the Children (Allocation of Proceedings) Order 1991 (SI 1991/1677).
