Legal Friends of Gingerbread

Gingerbread, the renowned support group for single parent families, launched at the end of 2009 'Legal Friends of Gingerbread' a group to raise funds linked to a series of seminars and events approved of by Gingerbread and bearing Gingerbread's branding.

Historically, through its campaigning and social policy work, Gingerbread has consistently enjoyed strong links with solicitors, barristers and academics specialising in the area of family law. Despite this, the relationships have rarely developed beyond engagement with an individual on a personal basis, e.g. advisory, pro bono legal work.
