Jersey Trusts An Update

This item provides a brief update to the article at [2006] Fam Law 1085 on Jersey Trusts and the extent to which they were under attack as a consequence of overseas matrimonial proceedings. Firstly, the proposed amendments to the Trusts (Jersey) Law 1984 referred to in the article, came into force on 27 October 2006.
