Immigration Concern

Date:1 APR 2007

Child Concern is presenting a day seminar 'The Interface between Family and Immigration Proceedings' on Friday 27 April 2007 in Manchester. Chaired by Mr Justice Munby, the aim is to focus on the complicated interface between family proceedings and immigration proceedings and to consider the issues which delay cases and affect outcomes in the family court. Attendees will also have the opportunity to consider related legal and procedural issues which cause concern for legal representatives and their clients. This course should be of interest to members of the judiciary, legal representatives, expert witnesses and others involved in family proceedings.
