The International Family Law Group LLP is delighted to welcome Emma Nash.

Emma is an experienced specialist family law solicitor and provides advice and support in relation to a comprehensive range of family law issues, including financial provision on divorce, financial claims by cohabiting couples and enforcement and variation of family orders, marital agreements and all matters relating to children.

Emma is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for her clients and is a member of Resolution, a national organisation of family lawyers who are committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes in a non-confrontational way.

In 2013 she acquired 'higher rights' for advocacy and has had much experience as an advocate. She has rights of audience in all family courts including the High Court.

After her law degree at University College, London Emma undertook a Masters of Law in Public International Law, also at University College, London and SOAS.

Before starting her legal training she worked in a German language NGO in Berlin providing legal advice and support to immigrants. Emma is competent in German, has a knowledge of French and is currently learning Italian.

From an early stage in her family law career, Emma has been writing articles and commentaries on family law matters. She writes a blog which encourages debate on important family law issues. Emma has had various articles published in the national and legal media and she is regularly asked to comment in the press including within television appearances for Sky News. In 2015 she was shortlisted as Jordans Commentator of the Year.
