ICLR Annual Lecture

The sixth annual lecture of the Incorporated Council of Law Reporting (ICLR) was given by Baroness Hale of Richmond on 18 June in London. Entitled 'Same Sex Relationships and the House of Lords' the lecture covered the House of Lords cases Ghaidan v Godin-Mendoza [2004] 2 FLR 600, M v Secretary of State for Work and Pensions [2006] 2 FLR 56, and Re G (Children)(Residence: Same Sex Partner) [2006] 2 FLR 629.
