Hershman/Levy Award

At the Hershman Levy Lecture in June 2007, solicitor Sophia Khan, from the National Youth Advocacy Service (NYAS), won the award for outstanding newcomer in the field of child law. She was also presented with a copy of Jordan's Hershman and McFarlane: Children Law and Practice, signed by President of the Family Division Sir Mark Potter and Lord Justice Wilson, and a cheque for £1,000. The text of the Lord Justice Wilson's paper will be published in September [2007] Fam Law.
