On 8 November 2007, the Family Justice Council (FJC) will be hosting a free seminar on the practice of concurrent planning for rehabilitation or adoption, in central London from 5 to 8pm. The purpose of the seminar will be to provide an overview of concurrent planning, give the perspective of local authorities and to discuss the concerns that some have raised regarding the practice. There will be three papers and an opportunity for questions and discussion. The seminar will attract CPD points both for barristers and solicitors. All are welcome but, as places are limited, those wishing to attend are asked to contact, in advance, Daphna Wilson, at the FJC Secretariat, on 0207 947 7974 or at daphna.wilson@hmcourts-service.gsi.gov.uk.
