Medical treatment – Withdrawal – 2-year-old – Catastrophic brain injury during birth – Intensive life-sustaining treatment

The Court of Appeal, Civil Division dismissed the parents' appeal against the decision of MacDonald J ([2021] EWHC 1426 (Fam)) that life-sustaining treatment for their daughter, who had suffered catastrophic brain injuries, should be withdrawn.
