Amendments are proposed to the Legal Aid in Family Proceedings (Remuneration) Regulations 1991 (SI 1991/2038) as regards the harmonisation of remuneration for private law family work in county courts and family proceedings courts. The new rates are intended to apply to all private law family cases in respect of work carried out on or after 2 April 2007. For more information see April [2007] Fam Law.
