Family legal aid tender process now open

MON 01/03/2010 - The Legal Services Commission has opened the tender process for 2010 civil legal aid contracts in family (including family mediation) and social welfare. The current contracts come to an end on 13 October 2010.

Any organisation who wishes to deliver legal aid work in family (including family mediation) or social welfare law from 14 October 2010 will need to apply for and be awarded a new contract. The deadline for submitting tenders is 12 noon on 21 April 2010.

All tenders for new contracts must be submitted through the LSC's secure eTendering system.
